Hi Mate, on mgcp router , switchback method is immediate ie "ccm-manager switchback immediate " call is made , ccm-service on primary call agent is stopped mgcp gets registered to backup call agent active call is not dropped ! ccm-service on primary call agent is started mgcp re registered to p
