Yes we do, infact the show ephone summary shows that there is an err with
the file, though I have copied this file multiple times from working
routers and yet the err remains:
Max Conferences 8 with 0 active (4 allowed)
Skinny Music On Hold Status
Active MOH clients 0 (max 320), Media Client

Did you include in route statement in your your loopback interface?
eg.. multicast 239.1.1.1 port 16384 route
