Hi Jeremy There can be lot of issue but here is what you should check:- 1. Check on Phones network configuratio and make sure they have the correct TFTP server IP address. 2. Make sure CM service is running on SUB. 3. Make sure Auto-registration is enabled on PUB. If all is well above, try
