How about setting mgcpdchannel alert in alert central ?

Use RTMT that is located on PC to monitor R1’s PRI STATUS. Specifically
Alert Administrator ad...@ccievoice.com when the Layer 2 ISDN
status is not MULTIPLE_FRAMES_ESTABLISHED make this critical. Also mark in
email that CHECK R1 PRI.
