what is an easy way to script  this : -

Incoming calls from +44 number will be serviced by 2102 phone(line 2 of HQ
phone - IPCC extn) only and all other calls will
be routed to the normal queue.
If the call hits the queue, the user should hear the defaults prompt, all
are agents are
currently busy...
Then they should hear their position in the queue.
