After following the PG for task 5.20 in volume 1 workbook, when I call into the MVA access number (2123945999), I am greeted by the MVA recording. It asks me immediately for my PIN. Upon entering it, the system gives me options, starting with 2. There is no option 1 to make an outbound call. Am I missing something? Some service parameter somewhere?
