Hi,

Probably you can get what you need,attaching the policy map to the class-map
and then that class to the PVC.

For example :

policy-map WAN-EDGE
 class Voice
    priority 22
 class CallSignaling
    bandwidth 18
 class class-default
    fair-queue

map-class frame-relay FR-MAP-CLASS-256
 frame-relay fragment 320
 frame-relay fair-queue
 service-policy output WAN-EDGE

interface Serial0/3/0.1 point-to-point
 description HQ
 ip address 10.109.101.2 255.255.255.0
 snmp trap link-status
 frame-relay interface-dlci 201
  class FR-MAP-CLASS-256
