I am receiving the following error when trying to access the IP Phone Messenger Service. (" XML PARSE ERROR") from 7960 SIP phone. I believe it may have to do with soft keys. I see a similar bug on Cisco for accessing Corporate Directory but this should have been fixed in updated firmware. P
