I am sure this has been answered many of times, but cRTP will compress the
header down to 2 to 5 bytes. If you do the calcs from 2 and then again on 5
you get different kbps for g711 and g729 calls. They are only off by about 1k
per call, but that can make or break

I tried to chase down this answer yesterday. I ended up using the calculator
URL referenced in the SRND. I tried alot of combonations and whether I did
MLPPP o/Frame or FRF.12 , the calculator kept serving up the same answer
whenever I checked the CRTP checkbox on the calculator : 16k
