Hi Ramy, does the question say that you should preserve this? There is no iDivert softey in CME/SRST 7.X. iDivert is supported for SIP Phones in CME with 8.5 or so but not for phones falling back to SRST. You can only preserve the feature with workarounds like this: Transfer a call directly into
