Hey Adil, Did you add a new sip trunk security profile with allow subscription ticked? Just double check that. As well on CUPS in gateway section, did you put CUCM pub or sub? It ha to be pub. Only pub generates presence subscription notifications even though on a sip trunk you might have DP
