Did you add a new sip trunk security profile with allow subscription ticked?
Just double check that.
As well on CUPS in gateway section, did you put CUCM pub or sub? It ha to be
pub.
Only pub generates presence subscription notifications even though on a sip
trunk you might have DP

the CUPC is working for one user. also, voicemail is working with web

Hi Adil - a couple of things to check in CUPS are:
under system / service param / cup proxy
- ensure you have a domain name set
- change authentication module status to 'off'
