[OSL | CCIE_Voice] proctor rack 15, CUE issue

hi all,   Is anybody experience  CUE issue in rack 15 ?   Has been 2 days stuck in   27% boot and no ipaddress in Service Engine 0/0   I tried to reboot many times, here is my config, pls help     interface Service-Engine0/0  ip unnumbered Vlan400  service-module ip address 10.10.2
