Is your UCCX server 'In Service'? If so, try restarting the CTI Manager
service in CUCM. If not, you will need to take a look at the event logs and
traces on the UCCX server to see what may be going on.

i have creat Unified CM Telephony Group #0 \ application \trigger etc on uccx
,and check sync ,everything is fine. But when i check the them on cucm ,i found
none of them register. so i go to uccx control center, i found the Unified CM
Telephony Subsystem gray out,whatever i restart or reboot
