The Australians have something that addresses this: TARDIS is a
multi-institutional collaborative venture that aims to facilitate the
archiving and sharing of raw X-ray diffraction images (collectively known as
a 'dataset') from the Australian protein crystallography community.

I attended the CCP4 study weekend in January and there were many discussions
about radiation damage. In your case I wonder if recollecting the data with
a lower over all dosage might get rid of the problem. Either collect with
an attenuated beam or collect the data twice as fast. Someo
year's program was very interesting and a great balance between
practical and the theoretical.
Good job to all involved. And if you have never attended a CCP4 Study
Weekend, I highly recommend it (although it can be rather cold).
