A postdoc position is available in the group of Alex Bullock, University of Oxford, to study the structural and chemical biology of E3 Ligases as part of the EU-funded "EUbOpen" consortium, with funding until 30 April 2025. The project will support the next generation of PROTACs/molecular glues for targeted protein degradation. The postholder will optimise purification and crystallisation systems for human Cullin-RING E3 ligase substrate adaptor proteins, solve their structures and study their interactions with substrate proteins, peptides and low molecular weight compounds.
