A postdoctoral position is available immediately in the Molecular
Structural Biology group at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm.

The position is initially available until 31 Dec. 2015 (approx. 1+
years) with the possibility of extension.

Duties
We are seeking a motivated scientist to join an ongoing research project
on development new tools for real space refinement, description of model
dynamics, ligand binding and validation in macromolecular
crystallography. This project is carried out in close collaboration with
scientists in Germany (BESSY, Berlin).

Entry requirements
A person is eligible for a position as postdoctoral research fellow if
he or she has obtained a PhD no more than seven years before the last
date of employment as postdoc.

Applicants should have knowledge of structural biology and X-ray
crystallography and a background in computational biology,
bioinformatics, computational science or a related field. Programming
skills and a genuine interest in structural biology are required. The
successful candidate should possess good written and oral communication
skills.
