Hello This is regarding the software ccp4i modeller, I am using this software for my protein modelling assignment since I am not well verse with this I need some help. While using this GUI version modeller I don't know how to build required script or top file for the program. As per the modeller tutorial I made the script file, saved it in particular directory, when I tried to run this software, it runs but after that, it has stuck in a starting phase and no log file is generated. Kindly give some valuable suggestions Thank you
