Hello all, I am intending to do selenomethionine labelling in E.coli, however my department have asked me for a risk assessment for the experiment due to the toxicity of the selenomethionine. It would be a great help to me if anyone out there already has one that they could email to me to look at. I of course have the COSHH form for the powder form of selenomethionine but I am unsure how to translate that into practices regarding the flask culture, and disposal of the flask waste at the end.
