Good evening, I am looking for some advice wrt. coot scripting. Unfortunately, I have never done it, and I have to admit I did not find the ccp4-wiki particularly helpful to get started - but that is certainly linked to my generally very limited scripting experience.
What I have in mind seems super simple to me: to improve a semi-automatic refinement script, I would like to include coots “stepped refine” and then return to another round of refinement. What would you recommend is an easy way to implement this in a shell (or python) script ?
