inside PIC32 there is a MIPS32-R2 core, but the toolchain is not OS-profiled

I have successfully compiled gcc-ada for SGI_IRIX (MIPS4/BE)
but ... every attempt to create a cross-compiler(1) fails
on HPPA I have never seen an Ada compiler
