Release notes:
This is the long awaited bug-fix release. It contains a complete
new non-root-mode, which will work fine with current releases
of GTK, a manual override of cdrecord -scanbus to work with
AIX and OpenBSD system, numerous fixed crashes and added
enhancements, features cdrtools-1.10, several improvements
of the master-menu and some new translations.
