I think I am going to re-get the source from svn and try again. I did
have a few svn errors during the initial get that required me to restart
several times.

Also, I added a few missing error handlers in build-cegcc.sh and
made a bit of house cleaning.

I used the src/build-cegcc.sh command to build the tool chain. Is there
a separate step that I missed? I need the newlib capability because I am
trying to port a linux project onto the windows mobile platform.
