Ahora si Solucionado.
No era problemas de red ni de samba era para variar de windows.
En windows hay un archivo que se llama hosts, hay una linea que debe decir:
localhost 127.0.0.1 o simplemente nada
pero en este caso esta linea estaba direccionando al antiguo servidor.

paths are relative paths (e.g. ../path/to/file) rather than abosolute
