My favourite programmers editor, Geany, has just been updated.
According to http://www.geany.org/ "This is a bugfix release to correct
some bigger and smaller issues."
For anyone who's interested, I now have Geany 0.18.1 rpms for Centos on
my website, including i386, x86_64 and srpm.

sticks in /usr/lib/fence such as fencing.py|pyc|pyo and fencing_snmp.py|pyc|pyo
Thanks

I just browsed the git repo at rh's site and used wget with a -O.
I tried with git now, and the file was identical.
I am looking into building that rpm, hanging up on "--record-rpm"

How did you get the script onto your box? Python can be very picky
with whitespace.

I haven't got ready access to a CentOS box - what version of Python
are you using?
atexit is only available in v2.1.3 and later
Ben

I did see the python docs link and saw that line, this script for cluster server
is known to work as is. Although it lacked the import, I already tried that and
it never helped, which is what confirmed I didn't know squat wrt to python:) The

Hey Guys,
I am trying to get a python script running but I get the following error:
atexit.register(atexit_handler)
NameError: global name 'atexit' is not defined
A Google search doesn't really help me, except confirm that I don't know
anything about python:)
Anyone got any ideas?

well, no?
Mainly commercial distros follow that policy:
rhel/centos: http://www.redhat.com/security/updates/err
Does anybody has a list of multiple distros/operating systems comparing
e.g.: security support time for a version, or what are the release
cycles, etc.?
Thank you!

Hi,
Last summer I published a cookbook-style detailed introduction to Linux,
based on CentOS. I recently decided to make a free online version
available as well.
Those among you reading french might be interested. Here's the link :
