I'm running httpd-2.4.6-31.el7.centos.1.x86_64 under CentOS-7 (kernel 3.10.0-229.14.1.el7.x86_64). I cannot get the httpd userdir facility working; when I try to access localhost/Menloe I get the message "You don't have permission to access /Menloe on this server." I see in /var/log/httpd/error_l
