I'm seeing this problem when running "yum update" on an otherwise fully
patched CentOS 7.3 system.
Package libubsan-6.2.1-3.1.el7.x86_64.rpm is not signed
libubsan is from centos-sclo-rh.
I've done yum clean all multiple time. Didn't help.

will not start via kde kickoff application launcher. it will start from
start from a terminal.
