Background:
It seems upon booting there is a problem where the ifup-route
file is called before the actual interface is up.
I put some "logger -t ifup-route.jobst ... " messages into the

for all users that are interested about KDE Plasma on Centos 8 you can
install KDE from epel.
All packages are get from epel-playground and epel-testing and some
packages seems need to be build.
