required to set up an oVirt node.
Please use the oVirt repos to install oVirt.

been successfully using it for testing oVirt since 7.1... (For el7 on
top of el7, see [1] for setup example)
YMMV though, we only tested with intel CPUs so far...

If you have some other way to determine that all the VMs on the failed
host are down, you can use the API/CLI to to tell it to consider the
host as if it had already been fenced out and bring the VMs back up on

Yep.
And you can copy '/etc/sysconfig/iptables' around if you have
identical machines and no machine-specific rules...
(Note, you can even port the rules from other Linux distros as
iptables-save exists there as well)
