Personally, I like Gigabyte motherboards a lot, the GA-P35-DS3L I use
with Core 2 Duo (Quad) and DDR2. I though I was going to do better with

I changed the default player for MP3 files to xmms, if the file is local
it works fine, if the file is on a network drive ( all my music is ) it
has the movie player as the default player, any way I can change that,
