No there was nothing. Having said that I think I was having a "senior moment." I have two servers on which I am testing 7.x. These are isolated machines that if I had to I could just wipe and start over. On one machine the /etc/sysconfig/iptables was intact after the upgrade. On the other it wa

[CentOS] Iptables config removed with 7.1 update

I had turned off firewalld and was using iptables when I originally installed CentOS 7.0. Two days ago I upgraded my CentOS 7.0 to 7.1. Everything seemed to be fine. Today I discovered that my iptables configuration was removed with the update. Has anyone else experienced this on doing upgrade?
