I am using CentOS 5.5
I planned to update the kernel rpm because of vulnerabilities came out
lately.
The new redhat updated kernel would be 2.6.18-238.5.1.el5
Also Scientific Linux did and update to the kernels according to redhat
advisories
but I have seen that CentOS is still bound
the archive would have told you.
