Im quite new to ceph and is changing a lot in my teststorage (Debian 11,
4 hosts in total, ceph 17.2.5) as I learn and find out better ways to
arrange things.
Now I must have done something wrong and cant find a way to get rid of
this error.

gives HEALTH_WARN, Failed to apply 1 ser

Seems like I finally got this resolved. And all it needed in the end was to
drop the mds caches with:
ceph tell mds.`hostname` cache drop
The funny thing is that whatever the issue with the cache was it had
persisted through several Ceph upgrades and node reboots. It's been a live

I do not get why people use this cloudflare. I am constantly annoyed by
messages that there is nothing wrong with cloudflare but the server serving the
webpages is down. As if that is ever happening in a 'normal' setup.
