Short answer: Yes, Yes, Yes

How? That totally depends. Keep in mind that Ceph just expects all
daemons can talk to each other over IP.

As long as you make sure the routing works, the firewalls allow the
connections this can be done.

How exactly depends on how you have set up your network configuration.
