Update:
The release is ready to be published, but we have problems with the signing
VM.
That VM is being actively fixed as we speak (thank you, Dan, Ken, and Zack!)
However, we need to delay the publishing till early next week.

We are awaiting the LRC upgrade and then/or in parallel will publish an RC
for testing.
