The "Wants=" clause is just a way to say that there is a
soft-dependency between unit files. In this case, it's saying that if
you "systemctl enable rbdmap.service", it will also ensure that
"network-online.target" and "remote-fs-pre.target" are enabled. The
"Before=" and "After=" clauses just

If this is more intuitive to me (i.e. the lesser violation of the
Principle of Least Surprise from my point of view) is a whole different
