See if the other developer needs help (he probably does). If he does, drop
the old guys like a ton of bricks, because they are screwing you and they DO
know it. Dont fool yourself.
A month after you quit and the old guys need some work done...guess who come
to their rescue at much higher rates? ;-
Jumping in a little late here. Before you have your meeting, you need to
think about what you want. More money? More control? Better hours? etc.
Non-profits have a lot to offer an employee. Money is not usually part of
the package though. But perhaps there are other things they can do to
