I agree with you, Ben - eat healthy and exercise. I have seen lots of people go on
this diet and when all of them have gone off it they've put all of their weight back
on. My Aunt recently decided to go on this diet. My Uncle is a Doctor and works nights
so he does all of their grocery shopping
