I would recommend web matrix. I've played with it a bit and like it. It's a free ide from microsoft, very similar to studio, but geared to dot net. Unfortunately, a search @ gotdotnet.com and microsoft.com didn't return any results for it. I have the link @ work, and will send it to the list on
