Its been a few years since I looked at it, but Barneyscan may do what
you want. Otherwise you could be spending up to around 50,000 plus on
the really serious OCR systems.

We've got a pretty healthy hawk and falcon population here in Boston.
You can be sitting in Boston common watching the squirrels and pigeons
and all of a sudden WHAM! - even the small raptors build up tremendous
speed in a dive. When they slam into their prey the "thud" is amazing.
