I thought I would see if anyone here would be interested in any books I am
selling. I will list anything no one is interested in on half.com. Most of
these books are "brand new" with the exception of me putting my name on the
top (foolishly or I could have taken them back to the store for credit!).
You mean something like a CF-EBay?
btw just finished the extended edition of the Return of the Kings.
very impressed.

I am getting it now. Probably a server down somewhere. New Mexico is
sort of a backwater where the internet is concerned. The main backbone
goes through Denver, and we are on a little branch that goes through
to El Paso. Tracert was timing out too, though -- this is bizarre --

I leave them on the ground connected to the Xbox in the living room, or ontop
the television...or something.
Or did you mean you have to store the controller _somehow_ NEATLY...

We've had multiple x-box controllers go bad. Right and left are issues with the
current one. I suspect they fell victim to the general rowdiness of our living
room, so I am not really complaining, just saying, ya, it does happen.
Especially when children are involved.

Yep, my son has been playiing by himself for maybe... hmmm 6 months.
He is general very good. He never rough houses with the controllers.
He even handles the discs very well, but he _does_ wrap and unwrap the
controller quite a bit.
So... outside of buying a wireless controller, what else can you
Two of my Xbox controllers are giving problems.
One of them the left analog stick reads UP when the stick is centered,
requiring a bit of pressure all the time whilst playing.
The other there's issues with going left and right. A Saitek controller totally
died with the same controller disconnect
The solution is simple.
You could try the natural way, with some Collamenite in the food or something,
heart attack. It happens.
Or you could go a more physical route.
The food route is a bit risky with other people in the house though. It's
sometimes not 100% sureity that he'll be the one to

My xbox controller seems to be screwing up. While playing a game, it
keeps saying that it is disconnected. As far as I know, it is
connected well. My son can play for a minute or so before the warning
comes back. The controller is maybe 14 months old, but I haven't had a

Dana, you really shouldn't have to do this.
My machine has Windows installed on the D drive, and my applications and games
on the G: drive actually. All that gets put onto the
D are the system files that each application needs to store in Windows, if any.
I have never come across a program that
