Right click on the folder that you're attmepting to access (probably
c:\inetpub\wwwroot)
and give read and execute permission to the "IUSR_XXX" user, where
is the name of your machine.

Well that could mean a couple things. Either you bought a locking gas cap,
or in the case of my ex-wife's car, a 2005 Kia Sorrento, the cover for the
gas cap is actuated by a button on the inside of the car. So you do not need
a fancy high-end car to get that feature.

So it appears that the UK is going the UN route to resolve this issue of
their sailors being kidnapped and held hostage. But I have to wonder, do the
Iranians really care if the UN condemns their actions?

I was in Paris in 2001, just before 9/11. We were in the tourist areas, with
the exception of the hotel staff and the little restaurant we ate breakfast
