Since when are you PC? :P
But yeah, I was a little shocked because we've been neutralized to not
say/hear/spell/look/listen to such words anymore.
I still remember as a kid making fun of having to ride the 'tart cart' to
school when our usual bus broke down ...

I never understood why the word "retarded" is considered un-PC.

The 2nd beta is pretty slick. The improvements to the url bar are
pretty neat. It does seem to use a little less memory than the
previous beta. One problem I was having with the other one was when a
pop-up would come up behind the main window, but it would retain the
focus so it would seem like

instances of abuse by the staff.
It's about as awful a situation as you can possibly imagine :/

I've run into this too. For a long term solution you can actually right
click on jrun.exe and select "Run this program as an administrator" to
make sure it will always run. It's probably a better idea than making
cmd always run as an admin since cmd can be used by all types of
malicious code
My aunt and uncle on my mother's side are mildly retarded/socially disabled.
They're in their 60's now and can live on their own with supervision. After

Depending on the level and severity of disability, many find
productive lives in assisted living group homes. A good friend of my
sister runs one, and the residents lead very nice lives. The home
finds them jobs, and helps
