It matters. But not so much. Here's why:

I'd argue that the f-ed up view is more reasonably attributable to the f-ed

I've been through it, firing a whole bunch of people in a single day
and then wondering if the rest of us were going to have jobs the
following week. For the people involved, it's a dark day, but they
might be able to look back and laugh in a few years, it all depends on
what they do next.

But that's exactly the problem I was referring to. Americans throw
around words like "haul me off to Gitmo", and then people in other
countries read that stuff and take it seriously, which goes a long way
to explaining why people in other countries have such an f-ed up view
of the United States.

I have a relatively cheap self-propelled Craftsman walk-along mower I
got from Sears on clearance. It works fine for my minimal grass
cutting needs.

We have a toro weed whacker and we loves it. Little hard to start for me -
but Charles likes it...
The Craftsman mower I mentioned I've had for 5 years with not a single
problem. I wash it after every use, keep it oiled and in the garage. It does
finally need the blade sharpened - but that's it. G

Toro super recycler. My yard is just on the edge of hand mowing for
me (takes an hour + clean up). I've had a john deere and it was crap.
I replaced my snow blower and lawn mower with toro and I couldn't be
happier.
Larry's onto something here, but we don't know for sure, and given the
supposed importance of the bill at the time, it may or may not be the
case, and unless someone really wants to take the time to research it
(not me), we just can't be sure.
