I have my sample ballot in front of me, and I think i've come to a decision
on all the issues, including president. It took until the last day. Nothing
wrong with taking time to make the right decision.

Every time they counted, Gore lost Florida. Even the NY Times and WaPo
counted after and confirmed Gore lost.
The supreme court order them to count all or stop counting as the law stated.
