Here's a thought I just had. As a means of trying to tackle both at
once, lets couple healthcare reform with tort reform. A single payer
health care system with strong reforms on malpractice lawsuits. It
wouldn't cure all the product liability lawsuits out there, but it
would be good start. Lets g
