I dumped Comcast because they are assholes. When my ex-wife left, she
cancelled the Comcast account we had that was in her name. Comcast wouldn't
let me stop the account closure andf told me I had to just go and open an
account in my name. So I did that and then the next day they suspended it,
now where did that Pumpkin muffin go?!

Most of them are indoor antennas. I didn't do much research before buyi
Yep. Thats something that I considered as well. Also, when I do call them,
they might be willing to offer me lower rates for the next year. Then I move to
Korea for a year and cancel anyway.

Also keep in mind that if you really do cancel and hold out for a few
months, you will be moved into the "offer them a really low low price"
group if you ever want to restart.

Regarding a digital antenna, what do you recommend? I have to have an indoor
unit because the housing nazis on base wont allow anything to be attached to
the house.

Thats good info Cam. I already have Netflix and Amazon Prime. To be honest,
most of my Niners games have played on regular networks this season, and I can
live a Sunday or two if I dont see them play. Hell, that just gives me a
reason to go to B-Dubs and have chicken and beer. I checked into

You need to factor the cost of Hulu and Netflix, as well as the cost for
the hardware you use. I am not crazy enough to think those costs are more
(or even close to being even when compared to cable/satellite), but they
need to be factored in to the equation.

What Bruce said. CF10 runs find on Mavericks if you are willing to spend
the 5 minutes that Adobe will not spend in order to fix the problem.

We cut the cord maybe 6-9 months ago and haven't ever even considered going
back to cable. We have a digital antenna for broadcast stations, plus Hulu,

Chromecast needs some more apps. I have it as well and it's good for
Netflix and Hulu, but you still need direct access to a few of the websites
that do not throw support to that dongle yet.
I still need to visit the following sites to get the fix I need cbs is a
