For the most part they keep moving. There have been a few slow up if it is really heavy snow and really deep freeze temps as the rails freeze up and they cant switch. But other than that...there hasn't been that much of an effect. Metra and CTA are pretty efficient. -Original Message-

Maybe you misunderstood the first amendment. These States did not make laws respecting the establishment of religion. What they did was admit they can not or will not try to educate children that are disadvantaged so they gave them a tax refund and asked them to sort out their own education. .
