Greetings Citizen!

Allow me to introduce myself.  I'm Reginald Dunworthy, Vice-President 
of
Mergers and Acquisitions for Microsoft, Inc.  I'm writing to inform 
you of
exciting new developments here at Microsoft that promise to enhance 
your
computer experience now and for years to come.

Microsoft has been engaged in talks with God for some time now 
regarding
the rights to The Milky Way.  Well, actually He never really answered 
our
requests for a meeting, but Mephistopheles, our chief lawyer, says 
that his
silence indicates a passive consent, just like our download-activated
license agreements.  So, effective immediately, Microsoft has assumed
control of the entire galaxy.  We don't anticipate any challenges 
from the
EU or the Justice Department, because we just nuked them both from 
orbit.
It was the only way to be sure.
