Since everyone else is voting for rice, I'm going to go with potatoes, diced, oiled, and baked, then crisped in the frying pan. Instead of a veggie, I'd think something like pinapple or orange would go nicely. Or maybe even carrot/pineapple salad. After all, it's not every day you invent somet

My turn for supper tonight ... Ravaged the freezer and came up with drumsticks and polish sausage. Threw them in the crockpot and added some Hojin sauce and honey with a prinkling of ginger. Just tasted it and it's lovely! Sweet, tangy and salty all at the same time. Question is: Rice or potato?
