Everyone who serves, cooks, and runs the place is native Polish, and there is a real Polish mother in the kitchen. It's the owners' first restaurant, so I'm surprised at the consistent quality. The only mistakes they make are in pricing their food too low and mentioning its "competitive price" on their website. But the food is amazing. Real slow-cooked home food, served in a small restaurant, nice and relaxed. And they project a live webcam of Krakow on one wall, which is quite cool, actually. My new favorite restaurant for regular dining.
